Alaska ATV Clubs
Alaska is ATV country. With its harsh tundra terrain, this land is perfect for ATV ranging. There are some great ATV clubs in Alaska, and here is a short overview of these great groups.
An ATV group with a descriptive, yet truthful name is the 2 Broke 2 Play 4 Wheelers. This very active club looks for new trails to range as well as old trails to maintain. A very active Alaskan 4x4 club ranging from mild to wild in both ATV trails and rides. Also visit .
Arctic Off road located near Fairbanks, is another ATV group that is working hard to maintain the rights of ATV riders everywhere. This ATV club is a member of United Four Wheel Drive Association and Tread Lightly and is very active in fighting closure of public land usage. Arctic Off road believes public lands should be accessible to ATV riders who are responsible and uphold the standards set for by Treadlightly. All skill levels of ATV rider are welcomed by this club.
Alaska ATV Club was formed as a get together for folks who wanted to promote safety and fun while riding ATVs. This club sponsors continuing education of riders everywhere, has established a peer group that follows all rules and also Treadlightly standards on all rides to help preserve and maintain ATV trails everywhere through good ATV riding habits and also sponsors clean up efforts for heavily trafficked areas.
This group also works hard to help make ATV riders and the general public more aware of Alaska State laws concerning ATV use, and last but not least, they welcome everyone who upholds their same standards to join them in some enjoyable ATV riding!
