These Aren\'t Tricks?
These seem like ATV maintenance or ATV mods, but not ATV tricks...I agree that atv fans love to have bedding for their bedrooms. Do you know where I can find four wheeler full comforters or curtains?

Hemminway Butte OHV Trailhead
It’s been a long time since most of us have been to Idaho for one of our quad riding fun holidays…everyone’s been immersed with their own work and stuff while the ATVs are stuck in the garage collecting a respectable layer of dust. But we were just talking about ATVing the other day and it reminded me of one ATV trail in Idaho that I really miss…the Hemminway Butte OHV Trailhead in Marsing. It’s definitely one of my favorite ATV trails and I’ve ridden a lot of them. It’s not too far from Boise (in Marsing, Idaho) so if you ride this Idaho ATV trail, you can linger around nearby cities as well.
The great thing about riding this ATV trail in Idaho is that the ATV trail can be sandy one moment, rocky the next. And within the next mile, you have rough hills to climb and then you come to some other sand washes….absolutely unpredictable if you’ve never taken on this ATV trail before. But that’s where the fun is, I guess. Where’s the fun when everything’s predictable? And there is more than a hundred miles for you to challenge yourself on at this Idaho ATV trail. Absolutely enchanting! It’s hard to find another more scenic and challenging ride in Idaho. As with all other ATV riding trip checklists, don’t forget the camera.
Kids and beginners will need a lot of help if you bring them along. Some parts are just plain flat and the kids will have loads of fun and all can spend some time taking pictures and resting. I don’t think, honestly, this ATV trail is made for kids, though unless you’re confident that your kids are good enough on their ATVs to tackle the occasional tough hills. Furthermore, the facilities are scarce; finding a toilet or water supply is another big challenge too. Water is very important. Pack lots of them before heading out! Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Phone signals are weak as well, so, if you get into trouble, you could be walking a fair distance before finding somewhere where there are phone signals. I don’t think riding alone is a good idea here either. So, bring the whole gang instead and you’ll be fine. At least, if your ATV breaks down, you can ditch your ATV there for a while, hop onto one of your friend’s ATV and go searching for help.
So, now you see where the challenge is? Sounds fun, doesn’t it?
When you ride this Idaho ATV trail, you’re basically coming nose-to-nose with nature. Nature is good, nature is kind….but nature can be cruel as well. This ATV trail consists mostly of very dry and remote mountains. But don’t worry, there are many campers and hikers here especially during weekends. And most of them will extend you their help if you need it.
You don’t have to spend a single cent riding this ATV trail in Idaho because it’s a part of the Owyhee Recreation Management Area, Idaho. To find this Idaho ATV trail, just head on the U.S. 84 and head to Nampa. Exit on Highway 55, turn towards Highway 78 when you’re in Marsing. Look out for signs as there are many that will point you towards this Idaho ATV trail.
Although it’s a little estranged from other more civilized part of Idaho, there are many towns near Nampa and Caldwell that you can depend on for accommodation. For more info, you can call the Bureau of Land Management (208) 384-3300 and if you want to snail mail them, write to Hemminway Butte OHV Trailhead, contact the Bureau of Land Management, Owyhee Field Office, 3948 Development Ave., Boise, ID 83705.
