These Aren\'t Tricks?
These seem like ATV maintenance or ATV mods, but not ATV tricks...I agree that atv fans love to have bedding for their bedrooms. Do you know where I can find four wheeler full comforters or curtains?

Riding it on in Harlan County, Evarts, Kentucky
Feel like putting your ATV riding skill to the test? Great, I’ve got just the place for you. Grab your ATV gear, haul that ATV up and head on over to one of the more challenging ATV trails I’ve tried…Harlan County’s the name and it’s in Evarts, Kentucky. Harlan County ATV trail is one of the most expansive and scenic one in Kentucky…you won’t know that this used to be an old abandoned coal mine, really. Before that, a little into this Kentucky ATV trail apart from the fact that this used to be an old coal mine. You see, the very fact that this ATV trail is there for us to ride in the first place is due to all the hard work and contributions from high ranking officials in Kentucky and visionaries who formed this group called the KY Mountain Trails Development Coalition. Not to mention there’s also the endless and tireless help from the Harlan County Ridge Runners. Because of these people, we have the Harlan County ATV trail today.
While there, my friends and I had access to more or less one hundred and fifty miles of trails to explore. The Kentucky ATV trail continues to gain access to more land as they progress and became more popular. If that’s not enough, neighboring counties show interest in expanding and collaborating…therefore, there’s a chance that by the time you find the time to hit this Kentucky ATV trail in Evarts, it’s bigger and better than when I rode there.
And the last time I took to this Kentucky ATV trail, it was cost-free. Yes, this means everyone gets to ride for free. Nothing beats free, like I always say. I love the fact that ATV is such a widespread activity over there in Evarts and all along and nearby this Kentucky ATV trail, there are many stores, restaurants, gift shops, campgrounds, cabins and motels for ATV enthusiasts like you and me. I mean, you can get literally everything there but most importantly, there’s ample gas supply and ICE! The weather can be such a pain.
What I love about the beginning part of this Kentucky ATV trail is that it’s wide….doesn’t scrunch you all up into a narrow lane. For most parts, anyway. The trails marked green are the easy ones which are suitable for beginners and young ATV riders. I don’t reckon a toddler or kid should come to this ATV trail because other parts are real killers! But if the beginners and young ATV riders stick to the green trails, they should be fine. A lot of people just ride the green trails in a large group, camp around and just spend some time together bonding. And you can also stick around these parts if you’re more into picture-taking. The view is absolutely jaw-dropping.
For you ad me, head on over to the blue-marked ATV trail because this is when things get a little trickier – we’re talking about steep mountains and rocky climbs! Be careful too because you don’t get the wide trails here. By the time I finished with the blue trails, I couldn’t imagine myself tackling parts of the ATV trail marked red. Heard that they’re even worse! A few friends came back telling us that the red-marked ATV trails are steeper than they had imagined, had huge boulders blocking the way, tree roots jutting out in unimaginable places and the trail just wide enough for one ATV. Don’t try it unless you’re really good on your ATV – I gave it a pass myself because I didn’t think I could handle them after doing the blue ones! I’ll come back and go straight to the red trails another day, I thought.
Anyway, Harlan County ATV trail is open to many different types of off-road vehicles including ATVs, motorcycles, dune buggies, etc. One of the highlights of the ATV trip was when we got the chance to ride our ATVs all over the town…you don’t get to this very often, so, try it! It’s like that little kid in you coming alive and all…riding the ATV to the drugstore for painkillers or just a can of Coke. Why, you ask? You see, Evarts, Kentucky is one of the few places in the country where ATV riding in public is permissible!
You’re going to have a ball there, so, head on over if you have the time. For more information, head on over to https://www.harlancountytrails.com or contact them by dialing (606) 573-4156 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .
