Boots and gloves are much needed accessories as well. Do a complete systems check on your ATV before heading out. The oil, tires, and plugs are all things you need to check. The air pressure in the tires is very important for your safety.
As with all ATV runs, don't forget to tell someone where you are going and when you plan on returning. Taking a cell phone would be an excellent idea. Make sure you pay attention to your surroundings, you never know when someone or something will cross your path while out ATVing. Never ride double and don't ride side by side.
This great ATV trail runs through two forests, the Hill River and the Savanna. It follows an old city hall and a railroad grade. It offers the ATVer high and low areas as well as swampy, muddy spots. The magic comes when you are riding on your ATV and you come across the beautiful woods along the Mississippi River.
