If you're looking for a destination for a long weekend of riding your ATV, you won't want to miss the amazing and marvelous Black Lassic Trail. With awe-inspiring views and rugged dirt trails, you will not regret this ATV trip.
The Black Lassic Trail has everything an ATVer will need to make it a great weekend of riding. From awesome camping to fabulous trails, this is ATV riding at its best. While there is something for everyone, from beginners to experienced ATV riders, the Black Lassic Trail has some real amazing experiences that should only be tackled by riders who have years of riding experience.
ATV riders will want to be sure and slow down as they take the waterfall loop trail and enjoy the breathless view. One trail to avoid if you are new to the sport of ATV riding, is the aptly named Devil's Backbone trail. With a very steep grade, this one is not for amateurs. The Black Lassic has difficult ATV trail loops all around, and includes some fairly steep hills.
Be sure to prepare for a ride for at least four hours to make the loop if you are riding non-stop. But I suggest that you allow the better part of the day. Even better than that, take the time to turn this one into a great camping trip. There are plenty of prime camping sprinkled around the freshwater lake. If you're in the mood, throw your line in the water and see what you catch as the lake is well stocked with fish. Outdoor adventures abound for ATVers who love fishing and wildlife, as the opportunities to take in both are great. These trails provide plenty of hiking and with wildlife everywhere; there is plenty to see at Black Lassic on your ATV.
