The terrain is filled with slopes and hills, twists and turns. There is a ton of fun to be had on these ATV trails. Along with riding the trails on your ATV, you can camp here too. There are 46 sites that extend into the forest and off the ATV trails. You will even come across the famous Appalachian Trail that history has told us so much about.
There are speed limits posted on the trails, as they are multi-use and very busy during the warmer months of the year. Additionally, stay on the designated trails as the rangers can and will write you a citation that will make your pocketbook go "Ouch" if you get caught trailblazing.
Do a complete maintenance check on your ATV before your run. You want it in tip-top shape, so you can enjoy the ATV ride and not worry about the machine. Oil check, plugs, and tire check are all a necessity. Be sure that a helmet is worn at all times; it's a requirement to ride on these ATV trails.
