The Southeast MN 4-wheeler Trail offers up a great ride for you and your 4-wheeler as it crosses a variety of terrain ranging from rolling farmland to deep, forested ravines and valleys. The 4-wheeler trail has some great stops such as Rollingstone Creek and Garvin Brook that are located along the 4-wheeler trail. Much of the trail runs through private property and pasture. Respect private property and do not chase livestock. Irresponsible 4-wheeler activities are the number one reason that trails get closed.
The riding season for these 4-wheeler trails is May 15 - October 31, you are likely to encounter snow and ice sometimes in the early part and likely in the late part of the riding season. If you have not navigated your 4-wheeler over these type of terrain conditions before, be sure to have a more experienced 4-wheeler rider along for the ride so that you can learn to properly navigate these types of conditions.
The 4-wheeler trails themselves are rated as very easy and 4-wheeler riders of every skill level will enjoy riding the terrain. The 4-wheeler trail is short at just under 13-miles and if you want food, restroom facilities or you need to gas up your 4-wheeler, you can get all of that in the nearby town of Stockton.
These 4-wheeler trails are a great place for novice 4-wheeler riders to hone their steering and navigation skills. Just remember to always wear your DOT approved helmet even if you're only planning on being on your 4-wheeler for just a minute. Next time you're looking for a fun easy day of 4-wheeler riding, look no further than Southern MN 4-wheeler Trail and hurry - the riding season ends soon!
