If you're looking for a really special group of 4-wheeling enthusiasts that care about each other as much as they care about their sport, then look no further than the NorthEast ATVers. This club is all about having fun, but they also want to wipe away the negative reputation that a small portion of irresponsible 4-wheeler riders have brought to the sport.
NorthEast ATVers pitch in on work details in order to preserve the 4-wheeler trails they currently ride and to try to gain new areas for legal 4-wheeler riding. The NorthEast 4-wheeler riders also have big hearts. When they heard a fellow 4-wheeler enthusiast had been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, they decided to hold a benefit to help with medical expenses. Their event was such a success that it raised over $9000.00. They also keep website visitors apprised on the riding seasons and places to ride in Massachusetts, Conneticut, Pennsylvania and New York.
If you want to see the group's humorous side, just check out their forum. The club also keeps a photo album of their many 4-wheeler adventures. Currently, the club has no formal registration procedure or dues. All you really need to do is log onto the forum and introduce yourself. Members welcome newbies with open arms and you'll be able to find out where the next 4-wheeler ride will be happening.
